My youngest daughter LOVES boiled eggs. But peeling them has not always been an easy chore. If you've ever peeled boiled eggs, you probably can relate. Sometimes they peel fairly well, and sometimes...well...not so much!
Earlier today, my daughter requested boiled eggs and I tried something different. I don't remember where I got the information, but I remembered reading somewhere to add about a teaspoon of salt to the water when boiling eggs to ensure the peels come off easily.
To make a long story shorter, I tried it and it worked!!!
Do any of you have any successful tips and or ideas involving boiled eggs?
